Hi there, I am Carolina a CELTA-certified English teacher with a love for good food, exceptional hotels and relaxing spas (and a big love for mountains).
I created this project to combine my passion for teaching with my appreciation for great service—and to help hospitality professionals feel confident and proud when they speak English at work.
I truly believe that a well-designed English course can do more than improve grammar—it can boost team confidence, elevate guest experiences, and increase revenue.
